First of all im one of the most honest people youll know. Second as i said hes my FIANCE but not yet my husband. I just call him that because weve been together almost 6 years in may. Yes i was trying to get an appraisal from carmax to see if they offered enough to buy my suv(which i dont need anymore since now we have to take it back because we cant afford the payments). MY husband does do construction now after he quit his job at the dealership. To the man who said get off the computer and get a job, I do have a job im a mother and a homemaker. I do not "sponge" off my father we pay half off everything.

Amarie has a luxury car she wants CARMAX to buy so she can get a Lexus. Her husband works at a dealership. Then he isn't her husband, just her boyfriend. Then he work construction. This gal is throwing more Bs than a cow can generate.
My advice is get off the computer, get a job, stop sponging off your Dad, and quit bad mouthing your creditors just because they want their money back.

Steve thank you for your response. As i said before I shouldnt have told him anything. I usually dont hold my anger in, but yesterday I just decided to listen to what he had to say.

This man will not get any amount of my husbands paycheck because he has just recently quit his job at his dealership and has decided to go back doing construction. Eventually, when we are not so much in debt,we will be able to pay off the little $300 dollars we owe. But with two kids, a car, a mortgage, etc.,its not easy to just hand over $300. We have already paid $200 on the loan, but they will most likely deny it.

This guy may have been calling from a lawyers office, but was nothing more than a debt collector. NEVER speak to any debt collector on the phone!!

This guy was fishing, and you gave him all the info he wanted. You should have stuck with the "sorry, wrong number" thing and hung up.

getting your number was easy, if you or your husband used it wit any other creditor, insurance, or job application, it is now on your credit report for all to see.

Why would you stay on the phone this long and give this guy an answer to every question? Now he has done his skip tracing, and the next step is to file the lawsuit, and most likely get a garnishment.

Thank you Chris, i should have hung up the phone. I am aware that the loan should be paid but we have been having financial trouble for the past two years. we should have never gotten it and i regret it now.

After the first "No, he's not here" take a message and/or just hang up -- BEFORE THEY HAVE A CHANCE TO JUST KEEP TALKING! (Haven't you been reading Steve from Bradenton?) I do that with telemarketers, etc. Or say, "Sorry, I never give any information to strangers on the phone."

All that aside, why haven't you paid this loan for two years? You owe it, PAY IT!
