law offices of Andreu, Palma&Andreu, Pl told me that he would send me a payment book for repay Miami, Florida

 Jorge L. Palma or someone in his office told me that he would send me a payment book and paper work for paying them payments on or about march 24 2010 when the book did not come I called there office on April 26 2010 they said that no one in there office would have told that because they did not do that and for me to send the money to them by money order and they would let me know how much I owed. This does not sound like a law office how do I know that the bill will be paid?  what is going on here it does not sound like the money is going anywhere but in there pockets can someone look in to this. sounds like I'm get ripped off here $10,000.00 is a lot of money to a man with out any job and the principal sum is only $6000.00 can you help me with this?
