I entered a contract with Christian Dillon Law Offices in February 2009 to allow his firm to work with my mortgage company in an effort to get my interest rate lowered and possibly get my principal loan amount lowered. The contract stated that Dillon Law Firm would be allowed 120 days or 3 attempts with my lender to get the above tasks accomplished or my money would be fully refunded. Well, it's six months later and neither of the above has been accomplished including refunding my monies. I fear the worst based on my research on the Internet of Christian Dillon Law Offices or USMAC Law Group. I can't get anyone to return my phone calls or emails. Christian Dillon Law Office website is filled with nothing but dead links. When you call the USMAC Law Group everyone's voice mailbox is full and won't accept additional messages. Whenever an operator answers the main number you get transferred to, you guessed it, another full voicemail box. My course of action now will be to file a small claim case with the State of California in an effort to recoup any monies. The basis for my claim will be that Christian Dillon Law Offices collected a fee upfront without approval from the Department of Real Estate.

UPDATE- Forced to Resign

AUTHOR: Cireshoe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 06, 2009

I also hired Christian M. Dillon Law Office to represent me in a mortgage modification for an "underwater mortgage" in May, 2008. Overall, the communication and service was acceptable with most of my calls being returned in a timely fashion. HOWEVER, just as I am making what appears to be headway in getting my mortgage modified, I receive a message from my service rep. contact today (8-6-09) in response to a message that I left yesterday asking for an update. She stated that Mr. Dillon was "asked to resign" because he had "too many files". She stated she was sorry she would no longer be working with me as they were closing the office. They took my $2,000 and just closed up shop leaving me in the middle of an unfinished modification attempt......NOW WHAT????
