Law Offices Of Harold E. Scherr,PA HouseHold Bank Threatening collection calls, Using profane and being verbally abusive Lake Mary Florida

After going through a long seperation and trying to keep up with who need to pay what I was recently informed by a man who called my cell phone that I owed Sam's Club dba HouseHold Bank for $1400.00. When trying to get information like a copy of the last bill ect, this man informed me that I would loose everything if I didnt take care of this "matter" over the phone. I informed him that I had no clue who he was and in this day and age of identity theft, that was not an option and offered my address to send me the statement.

He then began to call me "Hun",Chick and threatined to call my employer and let them know I didnt pay my bills, he also said he would my my credit a living nightmare. I didnt think collection companies could speak over the phone to someone like that. I informed him I would no longer take this verbal abuse and hung up. He called me back 17 times in a 13 minute time period my daughter listening to this man's harsh and very nasty tone and words, of course he was to chicken to leave a voicemail.

After that this person on a daily bases called my cell and home, even threating my husband who asked for a statement as well, which to date we have not recieved, just some letter head of a dollar amount of $986.96(notice the $413.04 differance) the harrasing calls still continue and I have tried to resolve this directly through Sam's Club dba Household Bank that we would more then happy to pay them directly but they have refused. I know that there is a Fair credit Act that says that if payment is refused the dedt is no long. I'm sure there is more to it.

It is very dishearting and disturbing that this Law Office of Harold E. Scherr, PA / CASH LLC,allows convicts to work his firm(google them, very interesting). There are people who really do over look things because lifes situations and in all good intentions. I have asked them to no call me under any circustances because they can not be professional and use crude english.

I am filing a complaint with Florida, the CA Better Business Bureau as well as All the major credit reporting agencies. I would like to take care of this but after being abused in such a matter I will not deal with these people, no one should have to.

As for Sam's Club, or HouseHold Bank, I would recommend you head my warning they have really bad accounting practices, before all this they charged my account by mistake more then once, maybe that is why they are the size they are. If anyone is having the same issue and has resolved this please reply.
