Law Offices of Harris and Zide Not servered. No day in court. Fishy way to collect on a disputted debt. South Pasadena, CA CA

Got an email alert Saturday that my bank acount had been drained of all funds. Had to wait until Monday to contact Sheriff and bank which eats days of the 10 day window to file an exemption. Dirty move. I have no knowledge of this debt that the firm purchased from another creditor. I would disput if it was originally mine in the first place. But, I was never served any legal paperwork, or notice of the suit, nor was I notified of any levies that have recently been awarded in their favor, on false info I may add. I have been homeless for the last 6 years, and Harris and Zide just took all the funds I needed to pay what amounts to my second month off the streets. The funds taken were earmaked for the nescessities of my just repaired life. Now, I find I may be back on the street in under a month. I'll repeat... I was never served any kind of paperwork from them. Never having been served I never had my day in court. In my absence they abtaianed this easy and fraudelent judgement, which they have now used to spirit away the entirerty of my meger monies at the end of business on a Saturday night. I am 4 days away from not paying my second months rent. I also have not eaten since this. No funds equals no food.
