Don't even try to contact this bureau, you will lose your money, that's for sure... stay very far away from them!

My brother and me are still trying to get our money back ($3,000!!!) for a process that never even started. You may know, how hard is for people in South America to gather that amount of money, which consists on years of savings. So after only the second call, no processes running from these 'attorneys', no job done, no nothing, Irwin R. "Rob" Miller and Susana Goytia-Miller simply received my friend's money, which was a part from a grand total; they gave them this money in good faith, "to start the process" and never called them back.

After trying to contact them via letter, email, phone, etc, we received an email which was a bill!?!? for $3,010....!!! you can read the bizarre document attached, all of them a bunch of lies, which can be contrasted with two recordings from those calls that they have as well, indeed these liers don't care and changed all of the deposits and what was intended for with huge lies! So now we owe $10 addtional to the $3,000 that these people stole us for no job done at all... It's so unfair! We were trying to get our money back for so long time. So please be warned!
