I was trying to get a loan modification from my bank But with numerous turn downs we decided to hire Mr.Sacks I was told he was the best After we paid over 14000.00 dollars are case was mishandled and Mr . Sacks was disbarred And Frank Barilla took over then Fieldstone law. #1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Report is false
AUTHOR: FBarilla - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, January 12, 2012
First I would like to state some facts. As this report relates to my practice, that of
Frank Barilla, this complaint is entirely false. Our firm has no relation to Quantum Law, Kramer & Kaslow or K2 Law. While we had an office in a building where some of those firms had offices prior, we simply have no relation or affiliation with those firms. Adding those names is a clear attempt to slander ours. Interestingly, most likely only someone who worked in the building would know that those other firms previously had those offices at that address at different times in the past. Secondly we are a litigation and bankruptcy firm and do some family, criminal and immigrations work. We do not perform loan modifications as the title to this fraudulent report suggests.
We do not have a Client named Bob that paid us $14,000 or $16,500 as claimed in the fraudulent report. We believe that this posting without any proper contact information is
an attempt by a disgruntled ex employee who now works for another firm to falsely make allegations while hiding behind an anonymous posting in an effort to slander our good name.
All of our retainers are clear; we make no guarantees or warrant any specific results EVER.
While we have many satisfied Clients, not every Client ends up with the exact results they may hope for. These are legal cases and each is unique with many variables. This is specifically why we never guarantee any specific results. Every Client does know that we worked very hard for them and made every legal effort in attempting to resolve their legal concerns. I stand by my 29 year track record of many satisfied Clients and only take on cases where we believe we can help the Client.
In closing it is a sad day when anyone can anonymously attempt to discredit other
businesses or individuals on the internet and not even have to disclose their true
full name or even their IP address. Where is the accountability of the person who posts these fraudulent claims? What if they arent true? What recourse is there for the falsely accused? The damage that these false posts cause can be severe not only for businesses but for the many families that rely upon those businesses for their income.
And by the way, I just did some interesting searches on the internet. A forensic expert from National Geographic states that Bigfoot is real; there were over one hundred fifty
thousand documented UFO sightings in the last 60 years and another site has proof that Elvis is still alive Look it up yourself, it must be true, it is right there on the internet.
