This letter is in response to a letter from Erica whom was employed by Freedom Financial Management..I have been takin total advantage by this company!! I went to this company to help me settle some credit card debt I had..The women at the time Gayle made it sound so easy..Oh let us help you get them paid for 60% less and stop the harrassing phone calls...In the 14 months I was in this program..I was sued by all my creditors...I sent a certified letter canceling my enrollment with this program...I got the total run around when it came time for them to pay me my refund...I was told that the 12% retainer fee was non-refundable...so they made $3,200. on me...and helped me with nothing...I was never told clearly that the 12% retainer was being paid first and that my creditors would have to wait to be paid..However,they were paid for keeping in contact with my creditors...thats what I was told...when I continued questioning the women she kept forgetting what she had stated 20 minutes before that....When I asked her why the BBB had given them an F rating she went crazy trying to explain how the rating works...please...stop the lieing....I was clearly takin advantage of and cant imagine how many others in desperate need have also been takin for the same ride....If you have been takin advantage by this company..please email me I would like to try and get a class action suit against this company...They should not be able to take our hard earned money and walk away freely.
