If I had a dime for every time I've seen that canned statement in a letter along with another request for information from the Law Offices of Roni Lynn Deutch It could have helped pay off the IRS. I also wish I had a dime for every phone call I've made to their office, or every piece of documentation I had to provide twice or more to their office. My file is was over 1 foot thick!

I was shocked and horrified by the way the Law Offices of Roni Lynn Deutch mishandled my file with the IRS. After viewing the other letters about this rip off firm I understand that this was standard operating procedure. For 2 years their representation consisted of collecting our $4,300.00 fee and then constant requests from them for ever more redundant information as well as continuous delays and mind-boggling ineptitude.
My wife handled our tax matters. In 2002, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and could not continue working. My wife retained their services after seeing them on Oprah.

They kept our file for over 2 years between 2002 and 2004. In the meanwhile, my wife suffered with the breast cancer and chemo through most of those two years while trying to deal with them. She finally died leaving me with our three daughters 10, 7 and 6 along with the horrendous task of having to deal with this dishonest and incompetent firm to complete the Offer.

With respect to the Offer this firm was supposed to submit for us. Their staff, of course, was well trained to make excuses and blame either the client or the IRS while never taking responsibility themselves for anything other than collecting their fee from you.

I thought their representation was just truly deplorable and their incompetent. But now I realize this is how they operate. Dealing with them did immense financial damage to my family and me. Please don't make the same mistake.
