Bak Professional via its agent Paul Cleveland had contacted me an offered me a loan to acquire a company with the only condition being I pay them a 10,000 fee and they would close the loan in 7 to 10 days.
I refused to pay an advance fee and they , Paul Cleveland , then proceded to call the potential acqusition and told them that I had no money and was unable to pay them. Now i did not make an offer to the company at this time nor did i have a contract with the company and so that phone call from Mr. Cleveland destroyed the deal.
It turns out that the so called law firm Mr. Cleveland sems to be working with or for is not really a law firm and the principal of the "law firm" is not admitted to the Bar in california o anywhere else..
This BaK legal services of BAK financial management firm are both advance fee scams .

TIt appears that my company BAK Professional Legal Consultants LLC was falsely named in a matter which it had no dealings with. People can so very easily use and abuse such systems for their own purposes. People can hide behind such systems while being permitted by such systems to destroy reputations.Cowards abound everywhere and especially on the net.Prefering to present spurious accusations online rather than proceed in a court of law. The accusations made against my company and myself are false. The maker of this accusation is a coward and spoutes nothing but false-hoods. Using online systems to present false information should constitute a criminal offense.Any company that allows individuals the right to present false statements should be removed.
