I was encouraged to sign up with Home Loan Solutions,...Offices of Thomas Matevia,by Steve Ware. He seemed very professional and honest. I had been struggling to keep up with my mortgage payments,..I was behind 1 month at the time. Steve ensured me his companies loan modification experts would guide me to lowering my monthly mortgage payments.

I paid him there fee over 3 installments. Steve was sure the procedure takes between 4 and 6 months. He introduced me to Kayla Cavallaro who he said was the top loan modification officer. Kayla stayed in touch with me for the first 3 months primarly picking up loose ends. I sent them my finacials and they were constantly misplaced. Once the final payment was made,..Kayla introduced me too Chris Studenroth.

Bottom line is they wasted my time and money,...I continually contacted them every 2 weeks asking for updates,..they kept telling me the same thing.They even apologized for there poor service in late Nov. and said I would see a change,..a few weeks later they sent me a letter stating they are closing there office. It has been 10 months now.

Bank of America is treating me like they do not even care about Loan Modifications. It is a big mess and I am concerned I am going to loose my home. I just wanted to lower my monthly payments and continue to have a solid relationship with my lender
