Law Offices Of Vincent Ndukewe Unprofessional office that will take your money and never let you see a lawyer Dallas Texas

I was needing a divorce so I found the lawyers office in the Green Sheet Newspaper. It was the Law Offices of Vincent Ndukwe. When I went to the lawyers office I was able to start a payment plain. I never got any copies of anything that I signed. Since I was not sure if my husband would sign I asked the lady that worked there what did I need to do. She told me that it would be best that I go for the Contested Divorce so that way I would not have to worry if he signs are not. I asked if he does sign can I get my money back and she said yes. The uncontested divorce was cheaper but they made me pay for the higher one. The Contested Divorce was $975.00 and I was able to pay it all off in 6 months.

Once everything was paid I waited to hear from someone and nobody ever contacted me. I was told that I would get contacted in 60 days. I never got contacted in 60 days to come to the office. When I called the office the people that worked there was very rude to me and could not tell me the status of my case. I would get a call every week from the lawyers office asking when will I would be in to make my next payment but when I paid them off I didn't get one call on my case. When I tried to call the Lawyers office and ask to speak to the lawyer since I never met him the lady at the office said he was to busy to meet with me. I also asked for a refund and the lady said I signed some papers and would not be able to get my money back. I was very upset because I felt I was not getting quality service. From all the calling that I did to the office I finally got a call from the lawyers office that said my husband signed. I asked the lady if I could get my money back since I overpaid and they were not pursuing a Uncontested divorce. She told me no because they had already did the paper work and that amount did come up to what I paid for the paper work. I was so shocked because the office was so unprofessional and had no idea of what they told me in the beginning on I could get my money back. I feel like the office has a lot of fraud and I just don't wont anyone else losing money to this fake lawyers office. I still haven't gotten my divorce either .
