Scam alert,,, I was on the internet looking at landscaping informatation when i came across the Lawn care success site. The site promised information to grow your business for one low payment of $20 bucks. I thought it seemed resonable so I joined. After I joined the site, i discover that its $20 dollars per month for 12 months!! Nowwhere on the sign up page does it mention 12 months. I emailed them that night ask them to cancel my membership. i did not think anything else about it and thought it was a done deal. Six months later i notice a charge on my visa from an unkown soucre and discovered it was the lawn care site. I had totally forgot about the site and discover they had been billing me for the last six months. I sent them another email and asked for the service to be cancelled but they did not reply. The next month I was billed again. All I wanted was them to stop billing me for the future payments. I could have demanded my money back, but i just  wanted them to stop billing me. Well, he would not stop billing me, so i did what any reasonable man would do, I cut the credit card off. After the card was cut off, it was the only time he wanted to speak to me. He threatened to turn the $55 dollar balance over to collection company which he in fact he has done. For me it has become a thing of princlple and he is nothing more than scammer in my eyes. What ever you do. do not join his site. I have already filed a complaint with the better businee bureau of Pittsburgh and I have contacted Clack Howard about the issue. With some luck, I hope to get on his radio show this week and keep this from happening to other people. Look around on the interent and you will find other people with the same complaint.

Not True, Don't Want to Pay Bills

AUTHOR: Lawn Care Success - ()

1.) I have been offering my services online in this industry for 15 years. It's obviously not a scam.

2.) Everywhere on the site it is made crystal clear that it is $19 a month - on the front page, in the desciption page, on the order form, in the terms of use, and in the email you receive upon signing up. Thousands of others could read and understand these instructions and terms but this guy could not.

3.) The site is a one year subscription obligation because the second you join you have access to thousands upon thousands of dollars of information, advice, articles, calculators, examples, templates and more. Why would anyone offer this kind of information for $20?

4.) When anyone emails me or my company, they are always emailed back within 24 hours, usually right away. If he emailed me he was responded to.

5.) When someone's credit card is declined, they are sent a reminder email letting them know it has been declined and we request they update their card. If their card is declined 2 months in a row, we contact them again. If it is declined 3 months in a row, we explain that the subscription is an obligation and they need to get their accouint back in good standing. If we are repeatedly ignored we inform them that the account will be turned over to collections.

6.) This is simply a case of someone trying to get something for nothing. This is a clear case of someone who feels as if they should not pay their bills just because they don't feel like doing so. Moreover, this is a clear case of someone who thinks that they can attempt to ruin someone's reputation by using the internet and sites like this to intimidate people like me to forgive their debt. It won't happen.

I have no idea who Clack Howard is, but if Clack wants to contact me, he can do so.
