Lawns Unlimited aka Repo's Unlimited is nothing more than a scammer taking advantage of hard working people. I Cover 11+ states from FL to Cali, and Hawaii. I have never not paid a sub for anything they did not complete. I worked (personally) for them, never sent a single sub out on ANY of their jobs, took on QC's they had for Cyprexx. I had almost $10k in outstanding invoices (90+days) before i finally called and asked to speak to someone in accounting, they hung up on me and would not answer phone calls, e-mails, v-mails, i even sent certified letters stating they had outstanding invoices. When i received a letter from their "attorney" to contact him and stop harrassing his client. I e-mailed him 4-6 times a day with an invoice, work order, and pictures that were unpaid by his "client" after finding out his "attorney" is a relative of the owner, i sent a 10 day demand for payment letter or we would sue for breech of contract, non-payment, and lein all properties work was completed on. Funny i had a big lump sum check in the mailbox that week.
