Lawrence David Tylutki, Larry Tye Jr., T Mr Tylutki entered into a rent to own contract with me to purchase his 2007 Mini Cooper. In 2016 he breached the contract. South Lyon Michigan

In December of 2011 I entered a rent to own agreement with Mr. Tylutki and for almost 5 years we have not had incident. This year on 8/30/2016 I sent Mr. Tylutki the money for the plate renewal. The check was cashed on 9/6/2016. On 9/13/2016 I had a text conversation with MR. Tylutki and he told me he sent the registration and tabs. Some time had passed again and on 9/22/2016 I asked again. He said he sent them again. On September 29^th, Lawrence Tylutki was convicted of drug offenses and is currently in jail awaiting sentencing. On October 5^th, 2016 I was informed by Mr. Tylutki’s dad that there were no updated registration and tabs and on October 7^th, 2016 his dad informed me that he did not renew them and kept the money for something else. He lied to me regarding the registration and tab renewal and continued the lie until he could no longer hide the fact he did not renew the plates.  I currently have a car that I cannot use because he did renew the registration and tabs, and he lied to me about it. They now will not get the new registration for me either because he kept the money for a different purpose.

Also during this time I kept trying to get with Mr. Tylutki to pay the vehicle off as I only had a couple more months to go and I wanted to be done with the car I was planning on selling it to a friend. Mr Tylutki kept putting me off and again he was convicted on 9/29/2016 and I found out afterwards by his father that he owed more on the vehicle to a first secured party than I owed Mr. Tylutki. I am now out close to $21,000 and have nothing to show for it.

Mr. Tyluki has in my opinion committed a fraud and never planned to let me take ownership of this vehicle. Now that he is in prision I have little recourse to get any money back.
