This guy is a real scam artist, he thinks he knows the law but doesn't. He acts as if he knows everything but doesn't. He makes plenty as a real estate broker but to ask for more on top of a sale on calauctionsonline.com for buyers to pay addition unnecessary fees is absurd.

Don't buy on calauctiononlines.com and especially not from this Larry or Lawrence E. Miller Broker Lic. #445258 guy. Which the economy in recession it is ashame that people are taking advantage of buyers who are struggling to buy something when the unemployment is 10.2%, it is not the time to ripoff people even more. We need people to buy homes to help the US economy not ripoff the US economy. Larry Miller is paid plenty but for him to ask for more than his commission fees is ridiculous to for what.

Listen if Larry Miller shapes up his act and trys to do better than all power to him just as long as he does not go out and ask for more than he has already received. I mean it is not fear if a real estate agent makes 3.5% commission and the broker to get 6%, it's supposed to be equal share when you buy a house with a real estate agent and a broker.
