   They said I was eligible for a $40,000.00 personal loan that I could have used on any thing I wanted.  I was cool with that because my credit sucks.  They told me they needed the first 8 months payment up front which was $2,458.00.  So i had sent them the money out of my taxes to get this loan so i could have used it for bills or a home.  They called me the next day and said the finacial company needed another 8 months up front to process the loan.  So i said just give me back my money because I didnt have the other $2,458.00 to send them.  They said well I will send back the refund on March 1, 2010 and that was the earliest they they could do it.  So i had tried to call them on the 26 th to remind them and the phone was disconnected.  The first came around and no money into my savings account.  So I realized that it was all a scam and I will be prosecuting all of them to the full extent.  I will be contacting a lawyer to see if I could get my money back.
