I was offered Dodger tickets and a trip to Las Vegas if I would preview Welk resort in Escondido, CA. However a $40 deposit was required to make the reservation. I was then promised a refund of my $40 after I toured Welk resort. It sounded pretty good to me. I've been on several timeshare presentations before so i was not worried about the deposit. A week later I called Welk resort to make my reservation. They told me I had to called this number to make my reservation. I called at least 15 times morning, mid morning and evening. No one answered. When I called Welk resort back to report there was no one answering that number. I was informed "Well just hold on". RIPP OFF.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR WELK RESORTS. LAWRENCE RESORTS IS A RIPP OFF.
