On June 4, 2013 our family went for sentencing in Frederick Maryland Courthouse with the understanding from attorney, MARY DRAWBAUGH that our loved one would be out of Prison in 2 years with parole restrictions and time served with good behavior. Attorney Drawbaugh handled the entire case alone. Our entire family was given the belief when the (2) years’ incarceration time frame came, attorney Drawbaugh would be there for our loved one. We trusted our attorney who said she works closely with the Parole Board and would be there when the time came. Minutes before the Judge passed down sentencing on 06/04/2013 in the courthouse, outside the courtroom gallery, Attorney MARY DRAWBAUGH stated “AGAIN” in front of family friends and loved ones. I REMEMBER IT WITH CLARITY!

Mary Drawbaugh cannot deny it, there are too many witnesses. She said she will be there when our loved ones parole hearing comes up and she works closely with the parole board. Twentythree months pasted and I left several phone messages for Attorney Drawbaugh because the 2 years was quickly approaching with “GOOD TIME” obviously served. There was never any response from Attorney Drawbaugh until I left her a voicemail stating I was contacting the Maryland Bar Association. She immediately called our elderly mother and told her she “does not do that work anymore”. It has been nearly 38 months and Attorney Drawbaugh has done nothing which she had promised, not even help filing to get a parole hearing or work release forms. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING… She has been paid in full. Last week we did file a complaint with the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission in Annapolis.
