I was looking for a personal loan on line and seen there ad. I sent my application to them and received a responce 3 days later,saying I was approved for a 5000 dollar loan.The next day they faxed me copies of a contract to have faxed back to them and giving me 4 options to choose from (co-signer,vehicle less than 2years old,or Insurance policy of 450.00 for 18 months 500.00 for the full term. Being I didnt have credit before I went with the insurance. I sent money that I had in my pocket from the company I worked for not telling them thinking I would be able to return it within the 24 hours.When the loan did not come through and I had to explain my actions to the company I was charged with theft and still had to give them the money back. This has cost me my job and now a record plus I have since been separated from my lady.It is not alot of money but when your living on very little as it is and getting deeper in the hole 500.00 is like 500,000. This has distroyed my life and put me in a very bad spot.

contacted david smith and was very rudely told they would offer me a refund. that I had no patients and that the week I waited for the loan was not enough time.They kept saying it would only take 2 hour to transfer to my account and 1 week later I was told I have no patients.The refund would not be available for 6 weeks and will mail a cheque. This is not true either.They take your money the same day but will not replace it within 48 hours. This is more time for them to scam more people and there needs to be a stop put to it.They are runeing peoples lifes
