I bought three Louis Vuitton bags from this company and I only rec. two via ups. There was a slip that indicated that the other bag was backordered. Thanks for telling me after I ordered it. The two bags I did get came with two shady looking dust bags. Since I'm no purse expert, I paid to have caroldiva authenticate them. She said they were fake.
I called Lazata ob July 24th and canceled the back ordered bag and asked where I could send the two bags. It was some address in Brooklyn, NY. I know they received the purses on July 30th, yet they still haven't refunded my purchase. It is now August 17th and they still haven't refunded the purchase.
Thats ok I was prepared for this, I've reported them to every place possible so that consumers don't buy any of their fake bags or accessories. There is no doubt in my mind that they sell fake bags. I wish that I had never decided to purchase anything from them, but you live and learn.
If you are ok with counterfeit bags then maybe they are the place for you. If not, stay away from Lazata. Their definitely a rip off!

Sorry to have to say it, but good luck on getting your money back, but don't count on it. A lot of these little fly by night knock off companies go up and down like a toilet seat at a mixed party.
What you can do to get some delicious satisfaction while you're trying, however, is...
Did you know that designer manufacturers like LV, House of Chanel, Gucci, BOSS and many others have entire divisions within their companies dedicated to hunting down and exterminating such vermin? They set up stings at local bazaars, flea markets and other open venues, complete with hidden camera surveillance for future use as evidence and bust the people making and distributing shoddy knock-off products. They're like Terminators, only with more fashion sense and designer water.
Get in touch with L.V. corporate and let them know about the happy fun crew that's soiling their expensive... er, good name. As an added bonus, free to you at no charge, the designer labels will often work with each other in these cases, so if little Suzy Bagmaker is rolling out trash in the name of other designers too, they all join together to form VOLTRON... Oh, wait... Sorry, flashback...
Anyway, the designers work cooperatively and sue as one, big, happy family! Crap maker goes poof into the pokey, and the designers can get back to polishing their gold plated Ferrari's and dressing their custom order Japanese sex dolls in the latest fashions!
Everyone wins.
