Lazy Granite NestAppeal Worst Customer Service ever! Will not support customer, only sells tiles Denver CO

It's frustrating just chatting with these guys over their website! First, I had to call them to tell them I had submitted a quote request to the email they indicated I should send it to. Second, the guy I was chatting with (Chris R.) tells me my quote is almost done and I should receive it within a few hours. Unfortunately, I had to call him twice the next day and beg him to get it to me. It arrived in my inbox two hours later with no layout or pattern of how to best lay out these tiles and no pricing. His email did tell me that I could go to a calculator on their website where I would determine how many of each tiles were needed in a specific color, but the link wouldn't work. When chatting with Chris further, I asked him for a pattern or layout of the tile he had estimated for my project but Chris tells me "this is not a service we provide". My kitchen project has a raised breakfast bar with eight sides, all requiring a finished edge, but Chris cannot/will not provide a detailed layout of even how he calculated the number of different tiles I needed. When I asked for contact details for the company president, Chris began to protest my request saying he "didn't do anything wrong". We went along like that for a while until I got tired of messing with him. He obviously was not going to give me direct contact with anyone at Lazy Granite so I ended my chat with him. 

When I called two days ago, (after I was tortured by a rap session on the phone) I got the standard message at the other end of the line, "no one at Nest Appeal (Lazy Granite) can take your call right now...please leave a message. When you press 2 on the phone, you get a whole different company with the same response..."no one at Bed and Bath.com can take your call right now...please leave a message. Same thing happens when you press 3 or 4! The recording is for a differnt company, just press the number and make your selection! At one point during my chat session with Chris, I told him I was beginning to wonder if this was a legit company. I even told him I thought he could be some guy sitting on his couch answering chats for Lazy Granite, EZ Grantie, Bed&Bath, etc. He was very quick to tell me that I was wrong...he was sitting in his desk above the warehouse floor. Rrriiigghhtt.

Long story short, I'd steer very far from these guys. I read the original reviews and decided I was going to move forward with it anyway becaue the cost is about a third of what a full granite kitch would cost me. After chatting with them and finding out there is no support for the customer at any point, I believe this is just a product fulfillment shop. No service - they just ship out the product to you and you're on your own after that. I can't afford those kinds of troubles. nor the frustration.
