They use fake anglo saxon names.  They are indians who claim they are in the USAthey purposely sell wrong dates so that when u get a fake email receipt from a non existing web site you will think that you can change to the correct date.  The do not give back the money.  The lie and send you half of the original email and say they have voice recordings.  It's all a scam to make the victim lose hope.  They never play you or give you the so called recording.  The object is for the indians to create a scam and they keep the money because nobody can trace them in india.
