LBF Travel - San Diego Employee - Heath $400 Fradulent fee charge San Diego California

LBF Travel Agent of San Diego, is an absolute fraudulent company, nothing but liars and thieves.  They charged me a $400 additional charge above the ticket price, claiming it wasn't their fee but the airlines.  But it wasn't it was a "fee" of the travel agent, that was totally bogus. Long crazy story, but on the phone the fee went from $850 , to $600, to $550, to $450 to $400, it was almost as we were playing a game, let's make a deal.  The only reason I agreed was to get my airline ticket that was already paid for and non-refundable, and to get him off the d**n phone!!  This company refuse to give me the ticket without the fee being paid first, my paid airline ticket was held by ransom. Which they completely lied about!!  HORRIBLE company.
