This story was a nightmare from start to finish.

I won an auction for $.99 & $8.00 shipping for 50 10 gm sifter jars on EBay from a seller whose sign on is lbhdhch3 that was the 23rd of May 2006, they also have a website that they do business on. Five days later May 28th 2006 I won another listing of 450 jars, 250 10 gm jars and 200 5 gm jars. When I received an acknowledgment of payment with a promise they would be shipped right out from the vendor for the 450 jars I realized that I never had received the same for the 50 jars that I won first. After several emails and me turning down a second chance to purchase more jars due to lack of response to my emails, on June 2nd I finally received an email that was somewhat vague about a small building emergency and promising to get back to me later on in the afternoon.

June 6th I receive another email explaining that all of their stock had been destroyed and they would not be getting another shipment in until June 9th. Like an idiot, I actually believed them and felt sorry for them.

June 12th I received a message via Pay Pal saying that they had printed a label to ship my order. Later I received an email from customer service person Becky saying that I should receive one package on Wednesday June 14th and one package on Thursday June 15th.

June 20th 1 package arrived via USPS tracking number 9106 1501 3471 1491 2834 00, but when I opened it there were only 200 of the 250 10gm jars zero 5gm jars and some spatulas that I hadn't even ordered. I noticed that there was some hand written notation on the box about a backorder. I immediately sent an email to Becky explaining that I had not received all of my order

June 21st, I receive an email telling me that they had problems printing out the address label, when I questioned them about having said that they already sent out the order and asked them to call me, I get an immediate notification from paypal saying that they have printed out the shipping label and no phone call.

June 22nd, I receive an email from Crystal Holly explaining to me that poor poor Becky is actually their employee, but that she sell their product on ebay and it is actually her store and that please don't give negative feedback because she is a college student who depends on Ebay to put herself through college. Then I get the hypocritical Bless you oh yeah and by the way, poor poor Becky's father is ill and don't worry, we will give you positive feedback once you confirm that all product has been received. Do you see the blackmail here?

June 24th, email from Becky this time; and by the way all emails are using the same stationary and the same email address; saying that she is sure that I have received my order by now and that Crystal is handling all of the ebay orders. She acknowledges that there are many customers who are upset.

June 26th, no order. I look on the seller's feedback and notice that another buyer is upset and that they left negative feedback and so of course the seller leaves negative feedback for them ruining their 100% positive rating. Buyer wants money back because no product has been sent and seller says that it has been sent and can prove with tracking number. I decide to contact the buyer and ask them what happened with their order.

June 27th, I open my email and there is an email from a third upset buyer who tells me that the other buyer (who left the negative) had forwarded my information on to her, she too had contacted the buyer who left the negative to see what her experience was. The 3 of us start comparing notes and find out that we are all being played, but with different stories.

June 27th, receive email from the buyer who left a negative telling me that seller Crystal Holly is now threatening her that she had better stop emailing and harassing Becky. Start suspecting that Crystal and Becky are the same person. Sent email to Becky/Crystal/Whoever telling them that I think I am about to get cheated and I know that if I leave bad feedback they will just ruin my 100% positive feedback rating. I map out everything that I have and have not received.
200 of the 250 10 gm sifter jars from order 9524202880 paid for 05/28/06
50 spatulas that I did not order that I notified you had been sent have offered to send them back, since they don't belong to me.
Zero of the 200 5 gm sifter jars from order 9524202880 paid for 05/28/06
Zero of the 50 10 gm sifter jars from order 9522547669 paid for 05/23/06

I break it down for them and let them know that if I do not have orders in their entirety by Friday June 30th, 2006 I will dispute and leave bad feedback. If I receive all orders I will leave positive feedback and never be heard from again. I decide to call paypal who advise me to dispute both orders as one is not complete and the other has not even been acknowledged. I decide to wait until Friday deadline as I promised to do.
June 28th, receive email from Becky telling me that she knows that she has some very upset buyers and that she has been called names she has never heard before and people that told her that they hope that her father hurries up and dies so that they can get their orders. Then proceeds to tell me that she is working herself to death (my words) because she works every day until 10am until she has to go to the hospital and read to her poor dying father so that he will know that she is there. Then she rushes home to feed her starving little ones (my words) then goes back to work until 2 or 3 in the morning. What happened to poor Becky being a young college student? Where did these kids come from? When does she have time for college, which she desperately needs due to poor grammar and mis-use of words (Ex. She is going to feel my order. What if my order doesn't want to be felt?) . Becky says that she would never leave bad feedback for me because I have been just wonderful and so patient. Receive email from buyer who left bad feedback, she has received her order, but it is missing the major component, the 3 oz of foundation. Receive email from second upset buyer saying that she received a package, but that it had the cheap natural jars in it instead of the nice sifter jars that she ordered. She says that she emailed seller and said hell no, this is not what I ordered. Finally receive my package to complete order number 9524202880 but still do not have the 50 10 gm jars from order 9522547669. Now I know that I am going to be cheated, the seller is simply going to claim that there are two tracking numbers for two orders. Finally figure out what seller sign on means, lbhdhch3 .. Becky Holly, Don Holly, Crystal Holly, the 3 of us. Oh my gosh, Becky appears to be Crystal and Don's daughter.
June 29th, receive email from 2nd upset buyer name telling me that Becky is now emailing her and trying to intimidate her about buyer's gossip club and she might get pulled into a police investigation and a bunch of other garbage including acknowledging there is yet a four buyer named Sheila that is mad as hell and has been calling her every name in the book. The seller of course says that the buyer is trying to cheat her by claiming she didn't get her order. I send out email to Becky Holly (I'm sure she had a fit that someone had figured that one out) and remind her that tomorrow is Friday and that if they don't want yet another negative feedback and yet another dispute I suggest that if they haven't sent my order they do so by FedExing to via overnight express. I also tell them that I know that they haven't giving me my positive feedback for order number 9524202880 because they are going to double whammy me with negative feedback when I dispute 9522547669. I tell them that after tomorrow, the gloves are off, it is only $9.00, but it is my $9.00 and I won't take being cheated lying down. I told them that the mail comes at 12:00 and that if my second order is not in it, I know what I will be doing at 12:01
June 30th, received email from Paypal saying that my money had been refunded and the order has been cancelled. Now I am not out any money but basically the seller refused to go through with a sale that he committed to. Seller lists the reason for the cancellation as Threating messures escalated (their spelling, not mine). Now here comes the clincher.. June 30th I receive two more emails from the seller with more excuses and deceit that they meant to send to someone else, and then another one telling me to disregard the email.

I too am experiencing the same problem with the good folks at unique minerals and have gotten story after story. My first order was for 50 10 gm jars and they have had my money now for 33 days. The second order was for 250 10 gm jars and 200 5 gm jars... so far I have received 200 10 gm jars and when they have bothered to email me a host of stories, but no real answers. I see that a package left Kansas on Friday, so I am going to wait a few more days. I have up to 45 days to dispute. I do not want to leave bad feedback as they will just leave bad freedback for me. Crappy game. What happened to you?

I also have had problems with not receiving my item which I paid for on June 7 & huge lack of communication. Finally on Friday I threated them that I was going to turn them into Ebay if they did not communicate with me by Tuesday. I heard back Saturday right away but they did not answer any of my questions or tell me when my item was shipped. Just said this: hELLO,

Please let me know when you recive your package and pleae let me know if everything is allright.. Thank you , You are great. and then this morning I got a notice from paypal that they got notice on 6/24 that my item was going to be shipped. Still nothing shows in tracking. They also added this note to my notice: Note from Seller: Please forgive me for your delayed package, I will spare you my personal sob story , But buyers like you are great to work with, I promise future purchases will be shipped next day.

We all need to do something about this. I am giving them til Wednesday to get shipping confirmation that it has left their hands. I too have not left negative feedback cuz they will also do it to me & I have 100% & don't want to ruin it! Members with great feedback like ours should not have to put up with this crap! buyer that left bad feedback name had 100% also til their negative comment. And I see you also have 100%. I wonder how many others are waiting this long for their orders that we don't know about because they haven't left feedback yet! I'm not sure how to go about it yet cuz I have just started using Ebay quite abit, but we should all contact Ebay on the same day & report what is going on with this seller. I really want what I ordered so I have been very patient til this week after hearing about other members.

I am noticing that there are other customers that seem to be experiencing the same sort of delays that I have been experiencing; they say they haven't received the product and you say that you have sent it and have proof via a tracking number. It is because of this that I feel the need to send this email as one more record that as of today 6/27/06 (I have saved all correspondences both yours and mine and will provide to pay pal dispute should the need arise) I have received the following:

Today is Tuesday, so I do not think that it is unreasonable to expect that I will receive the remainder of my order (even if you have not send all of it yet) by Friday, June 30th . Tracking number 9102 1501 3471 1500 7320 60 which you did provide has been showing enroute since 6/23/06. We both know that I have been more than patient and do not deserve either this type of service or a poor mark as a customer. I have kept you apprised of everything throughout this entire transaction, though I cannot say the same for you. Your answers have not addressed my questions in regards to whether there were items backordered or what you wanted me to do with the spatulas and have been full of one excuse after another. If I have received my order in its entirety by Friday I will leave positive feedback and go on my merry way never to be heard from again. If I have not, I will put in a dispute and leave negative feedback and forward this email to paypal. Once again, I have been more than reasonable but have come to the end of my patience. If my order has been sent in its entirety at this moment I do apologize for wasting your time with this email, if it has not I highly recommend that you take corrective action immediately to meet the Friday deadline.
I do see that you have many repeat customers and know that no one would accept the service that myself and at least 2 other recent buyers have received and be back for more. I can only speculate that your repeat customers receive their orders in a timely fashion.

I do have several Buyers that are upset Yes, but believe me it is not intentional in anyway by all means....I have been told by buyers that I am a B---H and they hope my Dad would hurry up and die so they would get there items, and also 5 buyers are being investigated by ebay Law Enforcement by claiming no packages received but yet I have delivered verified tracking numbers and they are harassing me for more products, So as much as everyone believes I am not a thief that is taking there money and running, I have been cussed at with words I never even heard in my lifetime.....But I understand why everyone is upset I have tried explaining to everyone that I am trying my best, My Boss and co-workers have offered to help but I choose to do it on my own it is my mess that I must take care of myself. So everyday I goto work tell 10am goto the hospital and read to my Dad to let him know that I am there I return back to work go home fix my kids something to eat and then goto work tell 2 or 3am and work on ebay orders. So with all the wholesalers that I have acquired I am getting off ebay and just feeling bulk orders....

I know you are thinking the same as others and it does not matter to you, and that is fine ...I am sorry for upsetting you...I am so truly sorry, I cannot put it in any other words.

Please let me know when you receive your order I know you should get it today or tomrw, If there is anything at all wrong please let me know...and keep the spatulas..and I do not leave negative feedback unless it is deserved, which you have been nice to me.

The information that you said was Lies Lies Lies was posted by another user I do not know, I have never corresponded with them. My understanding is that they cut and pasted that information directly from ebay.

The new accounts (please note there are actually two new accounts) were only opened after they concluded their little time out with ebay. Unfortunately ebay is so money hungry that even ebayers who have proven they cannot be trusted do get a second chance. If you look at the spelling in her most rebuttal, you can clearly see that the individual who wrote this rebuttal is the very same individual who wrote all of the previous emails. While it is nice that "Mrs. Holly" wants to make nice at this point and time, it would have been nicer had she just treated me with the respect that I was due at the time. Since my posting and the posting of the other 4 individuals here on the rip off report were so instrumental in proving this alleged identity theft I would have thought that since identity theft is a federal offense, I or the other posters would have been contacted, we have not. I recently contacted one of the ebayers cheated and he was made whole financially after his dealings with this seller. While this is nice, he shouldn't have had to go through what he did to get his money.

In the recent past, I as well as some of the other individuals who posted a rip-off report have been contacted by the same ebayers asking nonsensical questions stating the same individuals were cheating them. Interesting considering they abandoned their old ebay id and started a few new ids and there is no way they could have followed the trail back to us. Since these other contacts I posted for sale items that are in the same category as those being sold by this disreputable ebayer, on my description I address my 1 negative feedback, after this post I once again received nonsensical questions from an ebay id that had not been active for over 3 years; within the id is the same name as has been adopted by one of the new ebayers, Mary . I might have thought that I was just being paranoid after dealing with this ebayer, but then their rebuttal. Obviously they have been looking at my auction items and have seen not only my disclaimer in addressing my 1 negative feedback but have also checked out where I have updated feedback that now leads to one of their new ebay ids. Why else address this rip-off report since it has been over 5 months since I last posted anything.

In watching the new ebay id, the same tale tell mis-spelling and misuse of grammar, same lame excuses.. Snowed in, death in the family, you are the only ones complaining, etc. Mrs. Holly, just clean up your act. Do these people actually think that we are as slow as they are? OK, enough of that.

Update

Over the next few days, the Hollys received 1 more negative and a positive that was supposed to be a negative. People complaining that they didn't get what they purchased,they had to file a claim with paypal and the like. On the 11th of August they flew in and tried to do damage control on all of the negatives they had received since they were released from the naughty chair by of course blaming the buyers. August 12th brought 3 more negatives a score of 94.8 and I think that the Hollys decided to abandon the seller ID.

August 14th
I see that the Hollys have opened another ebay store, this time under the eBay ID littlesouthcountrystore, now calling their company Pure Tech Co. Same mis-use of grammar, same wording on their buyer instructions, same photoshopped pictures of Jars that they "borrowed" from the manufacturer.

They also have closed down their unfinished website for Uniquemineralcosmetics and on August 14th they purchase a new domain name under puretechco and have started a new website under that name. You know www. puretechco.com. They seemed to have been in a hurry, because the graphics are the same and their new website even still says unique mineral cosmetics. I now contact eBay and question whether a previous seller must devulge whether they have had a previous ebay account. I'll update when I have an answer.

July 31st apparently ended lbhdhch3's little time out, how is that possible? EBay has shown a complete lack of respect and consideration for the buyers that haven't received their product, received inferior product, had orders cancelled because the bid price wasn't enough and that were bid against by the seller themselves. EBay knows by now that this seller has done some very unscrupulous things and they only give them a 2 week time out. I mean they just sit them on the naughty chair for two weeks and then it's hugs and kisses and time for fun.

Well, there is a silver lining on this little cloud, and that is by them being reinstated, dissatisfied buyers can now post additional feedback, and that is exactly what is happening. July 31st one dissatisfied buyer posts negative feedback because it appears they didn't get their product and the Holly clan won't even answer their emails. This is their feedback statement did not receive; no seller response since he was banned; just got stuck.

"SHILL BIDDING" EXPOSED IN ONLINE AUCTIONS
Phony Bids Inflate Selling Price of Auctioned Artwork, Sports Memorabilia and Other Merchandise

State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer today announced the resolution of three cases arising from an investigation of phony bids in on-line auctions.

In the first case, three individuals pleaded guilty to criminal charges stemming from actions they took to inflate the prices of artwork and other merchandise that was sold in E-Bay auctions. In two other cases, defendants entered into civil settlements with the Attorney General's office for illegally bidding up sports memorabilia and automobiles sold in on-line auctions.

"The use of shill bids in on-line auctions illegally drives up prices and defrauds consumers," Spitzer said. "These cases and continuing efforts to monitor transactions should help maintain the integrity of on-line auctions."

Spitzer commended E-Bay for the valuable assistance it provided to his office, as it investigated the matter.

In the criminal case, Jerrold Schuster, the former owner of the New Windsor Auction Gallery, pleaded guilty in the County Court of Orange County in Goshen, to Combination in Restraint of Trade, a violation of the New York antitrust law, a felony punishable by a maximum of four years in prison. Schuster 's former employees, Darek Szydlowski and Francis Komsisky, Jr., pleaded guilty to Attempted Combination in Restraint of Trade, a misdemeanor antitrust violation, which is punishable by up to one year in prison. As part of the disposition, Schuster is expected to pay $50,000 in restitution and fines.

According to the criminal charges, Schuster, Szydlowski and Komsisky cast bids in over 1,100 of each others' eBay auctions for the sole purpose of driving up the price of the merchandise that they offered for sale over a five-year period. The defendants were known by various e-Bay User IDs including "sambuca914," "gutek914," "zugnicht," and "fourlizards."

In a separate civil case, Robert Baranovich and his son, Steven Baranovich, of West Babylon, agreed to pay $10,000 in penalties and restitution to consumers harmed by their shill bidding. In a complaint filed with the Consent Order settling the case, the Attorney General alleged that the Baranoviches placed 170 phony bids in 165 of their own E-Bay auctions of sports memorabilia.

In another civil case, Richard Eggleston, Darryl Lien, and David Printy, together with a related corporation, Daryl Lien, Inc., agreed to pay more than $28,000 in penalties and restitution for their shill bidding practices. In a complaint filed with the Consent Order, the Attorney General alleged that they placed 610 bids in 106 of their own auto auctions under the user ID "Mother's Custom Automotive NY Dealer."

The Attorney General's office has identified more than 120 consumers who paid more for items as a result of shill bidding activities in the three cases. Settlements will provide compensation to these individuals. The damages are as high as several thousand dollars for some consumers.

For example, in one auction, Schuster's New Windsor Gallery "shilled up" by more than $7,300 an oil painting attributed to Hudson River School artist Ralph Blakelock (1847-1919). The high bidder paid $7,500 for the painting. Another purported Blakelock fetched $3,000 ? shilled up by more than $2,800. The Gallery shilled up its auction of an antique cloisonne vase by more than $2,500 ? ultimately selling for $3,250. Yet another bidder was overcharged $2,372, for art work he purchased in over thirty separate auctions.

In one of Daryl Lien Inc.'s online auctions, the high bidder for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee overpaid by more than $3,000. In one of the Baranoviches' auctions, the purchaser of a bat signed by the 2000 New York Yankees paid $999 ? a sum shilled up $175 from its previous high bid of $824.

The cases were handled by Stephen Kline of the Attorney General's Internet Bureau, Michelle Maerov of the Criminal Prosecutions Bureau, Howard Wettan of the Antitrust Bureau, and Kenneth Dreifach, who is Chief of the Internet Bureau. Hampton Finer, Chief Economist for the Antitrust Bureau, Vanessa Ip, Investigator for the Internet Bureau, and Brian Ford of the Investigations Bureau also assisted in these investigations.

Time for the latest update. Oh look, our friends came for a visit. I will first address their rebuttal and then follow up with the latest.

First of all, their (notice the proper use of the word their, not there) opening statement should read.. The store on eBay is an affiliated store that sells our products instead of.. The store on ebay is an affiliated store that sales are products. I don't know anything about any affiliate store; my Paypal payment went to Don Holly, not Becky someone or anyone else. Don Holly.

Secondly it appears they may have been suspended from eBay and if this is so, they are violating eBay policy if they are conducting business on another account. eBay policies on suspended accounts read

A person suspended from eBay loses all membership privileges. A suspended individual is not permitted to participate on the eBay site using any existing account, or to register new accounts with eBay. A suspension from eBay may be for a fixed length of time, indefinite, or permanent. Suspensions remain in effect until removed by eBay.

Thirdly, they claim to have been in business for years, I suppose that is possible, but the question would be selling what. They started selling mineral cosmetics on eBay in mid to late January 2006; they also had the buyer that I suspect of being their shill bidder leave their web address in her feedback, also a violation of eBay policy. Their feedback on eBay indicates they have had 430 customers give feedback, far from the thousands per month they report. Furthermore the 430 customer feedback includes 35 purchases from the buyer I suspect was shill bidding for them. Perhaps they were doing all of their sales through their website. Speaking of their web site, it is not complete to this date and the domain name was created March 17th, 2006 (translation.. They didn't even have a website prior to March 17th, 2006). Well, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt; maybe they have been peddling them around town as they claimed to on some of their auctions.
Let's see...Goodman, MO.....

Population (year 2000): 1,183. Estimated population in July 2004: 1,200 (+1.4% change)
Males: 598 (50.5%), Females: 585 (49.5%)
Median resident age: 36.2 years
Median household income: $26,349 (year 2000)
Median house value: $46,000 (year 2000)

I suppose if every man, woman and child in town bought several items per month that could equate to thousands of sales (notice the proper use of the word sales, not sells) per month, but with median household income of $26,349 that wouldn't leave much for groceries.

Fourth, they say they have 5 complaints, when in fact they have 7 and 3 neutral (in essence someone who wanted to give a negative but dare not least there be retaliation). While 5 are in the last month (3 in one day), their complaints go all the way back to January 2006. I feel certain that there would be many more complaints lodged against them if buyer didn't feel they were holding feedback over their head to insure that they get good feedback. I myself agonized over leaving them bad feedback for days, knowing that even though they deserved the bad feedback and I did not, that is exactly what I would get by giving it.

Fifth, their employee's Father's death in July was not the first death their company reported to their customers; they reported to another buyer that there was a death in the family some time in June. What happened, did Becky's father die and then raise from the dead only to die again in July? What is more, as a professional company I don't think that one's incompetence (not exactly my thoughts on their method of doing business, but I'll stick with that) should be explained away with a death in the family.
Sixth, they claim to continue to patent and produce and commercial their products worldwide. I was unaware that mineral make-up could be patented, isn't that like trying to patent lemonade? If it could be patented, wouldn't Leslie Blodgett already hold that patent? Perhaps they meant to say copy-right their website with its artwork, photos and content; if that be the case, I will comment on that another day

And finally, they speak of wounds, I am certain they are licking theirs right now, especially now with the two other rip-off reports having been filed by two other buyers.

OK, now on to the update..
July 13th, received this email from the buyer that I suspected of shill bidding for lbhdhch3.
I have to ask a question,Used to have Unique Minerals as my wholesaler, well not anymore, but I read your feedback that she gave you and the ones you gave her and was wondering what your feedback meant? ..query lbhdhch3.. I cant beleive I am asking this but was it a gay thing?

It was pretty easy to figure out for the following reasons: 1. I didn't leave the feedback for you until after you had gone private. Good ol bidder suspected of shill bidding for seller couldn't see the fb unless she had access to your account. 2. The tale tell mis-use of grammar and the mis-spelled words were like a beacon. I appreciate the assistance in providing concrete evidence that I can now provide to eBay. What you are doing is called shill bidding and is against eBay policy. You can check on it since it was sent through ebay. The proof is that I didn't leave the feedback for lbhdhch3 until after that had gone "private", therefore there is no way that bidder suspected of shill bidding for seller could have read it unless she had access to lbhdhch3's profile.

I am not the only buyer having problems with this seller, please help us. I have encouraged the others to file similar complaints and I think that they have. The evidence against this seller should surely be racking up to the point that ebay will be forced to deal with these folks. We seem to notice a pattern on how the newest victims are being chosen..... We are all new to ebay and therefore do not know the ins and outs of dealing with a fraudulent seller. Please Please help us.

Shortly after sending the email to bidder suspected of shill bidding for seller and filing the report I notice that the seller's profile is no longer private. They actually think that can fool eBay into thinking it was public and buyer suspected of shill bidding for seller could have seen the feedback I wrote. How stupid are these people, don't they realize that eBay can tell down to the millisecond when things happen on their site?

Suddenly I start getting a barrage of email from other buyers who haven't received their product wanting to know what my experience was.

While eBay will neither confirm nor deny they found shill bidding going on, both members are no longer registered. I think the conclusion can pretty well be summed up with a little logic. This all leads me to wonder if I have a civil case against lbhdhch3 for the difference between my last bid before buyer who I suspect is shill bidding for seller started to bid against me and what I ultimately paid.

Hi, thanks 4 writing, won an auction from them june 4th, bought eye makeup samples while i was waiting 4 delivery, bid on another auction {i yr supply again} didn,t win, thought: no biggy, she emailed with second chance offer next day , so i bought and pd right then, sent an inquiry regarding 1st order kept getting emails with sob stories and excuses about someones death?? more time passed while this was going on. was trying 2 get this in time 4 daughters bday in another state. didn,t work. when i finally figured out how 2 get a hold of paypal, it was over a month had passed, filed with them, i think, and one package came a couple of days later and the second a few days later, one yr supply was one bag of min makeup when the pic showed 3,4 different bags. one order was 39.99 for one bag?? i,m confused, pay pal hasn,t contacted me, over a week now, not sure what 2 do, a novice on the comp. thinking about selling mineral cosmetics myself. Hi, thanks 4 writing, won an auction from them june 4th, bought eye makeup samples while i was waiting 4 delivery, bid on another auction {i yr supply again} didn,t win, thought: no biggy, she emailed with second chance offer next day , so i bought and pd right then, sent an inquiry regarding 1st order kept getting emails with sob stories and excuses about someones death?? more time passed while this was going on. was trying 2 get this in time 4 daughters bday in another state. didn,t work. when i finally figured out how 2 get a hold of paypal, it was over a month had passed, filed with them, i think, and one package came a couple of days later and the second a few days later, one yr supply was one bag of min makeup when the pic showed 3,4 different bags. one order was 39.99 for one bag?? i,m confused, pay pal hasn,t contacted me, over a week now, not sure what 2 do, a novice on the comp. thinking about selling mineral cosmetics myself. July 11, Apparently dear old dad was not the first person this clan has killed off to explain their slow shipments and mistakes. A fourth buyer has come forward with her story.

OK, now on the the latest,

July 5th,
They decide to mark their feedback comments as "private" with an explanation that bad buyers are contacting good buyers and harrassing them, no, that's not it.... Good buyers who have been shafted are contacting each other and comparing notes and the Hollys can't remember who they told what story to. I would never business with anyone who had marked their feedback as private. I would always wonder what they were hiding.

July 7th they decided to kill off the Dad to make the story more believable, I check the obituaries for Goodman MO and there were 2 deaths and neither of them had a daughter named Becky.

I finally decided to take the hit of bad feedback for the order that they cancelled on me on the 30th of June. Left the negative for them and then posted a reply on the positive feedback for the large order they did deliver for me speculating that they would leave negative feedback for me. I also filed a non-performing seller report with ebay. Another dissatisfied buyer and I watched and emailed each other as in one day the lbhdhch3 feedback rating when from 98.something to 96.5. I personally would never buy from a seller with that kind of score, hopefully there are other buyers who do check feedback scores and wonder what a seller is hiding when they make their feedback comments private.

July 8th, It wasn't much of a speculation that they would post a negative for me even though I didn't deserve it. It was more of a bet, sure enough the minute they saw the negative I gave them, they posted a negative for me stating that I was: A complete mess to work with Buyer cussed and emailed horrible harassing. I simply replied with: Had funds for 38 days then cancelled see feedback below. speaks for it's self. They look so stupid because the feedback they posted a few days earlier read: Very Sweet Customer Very Honest A+++++++++ Seller lbhdhch3(private) 9524202880. With my reply below it saying: Yes, cust honest and sweet, sell not so much. Watch neg fb come now retaliation. Excuse the cryptic reply, but you only have 80 characters to post. Emailed the Holly clan and told them that I would wear their negative post like a badge of honor and that people aren't as stupid as they think they are. As time has gone on I have thought more and more about how the auctions were conducted and the people that bid against me, and I now suspect that the Holly clan were practicing "Shilling". Shilling is where you have a family member or an alter-ego bid against the competition to up the bid price. The one auction that I did not win but instead quit bidding on, they sent a second chance notice stating that the winner of the bid either could not go through with the bid or they had duplicate items. If I wanted it for my final bid of $60.00 I could have it. I found that interesting at the time. Also on the large order one of their "regular" buyers stepped in and kept bidding until the price was high enough and then quit. I can't remember who was bidding against me in the $60.00 auction, but I think that I will ask ebay to check into that as well. Ebay definatly frowns on Shilling and the the Holly clan could lose their ebay privledges if found guilty of it. Funny thing is that when I went to check on the profile of their "regular" customer, she had marked her profile as private too. Hmmmmmm, why would a buyer mark their profile as private??? Many sellers will not deal with a buyer who is marked private. The timing just seems a little Coincidental.

I am so so sorry for your delayed package, I do not want to bother you with my excuse but whether you believe me or not I will tell you, my fathers battle with cancer had really hit its worst this past 2 weeks and I lost him Saturday and I have dedicated myself to him completely and I have fallen desperately behind on all my orders , I miss him much more than I could of ever imagined but, I am desperately trying to push all feelings aside and take care of my
now top priority (my customers)...
I am so sorry but to be honest about it is easier than telling lies or not letting customers know anything about there orders.
I will understand if you are upset and I accept that with full responsibilities..

Name correction
