I've received the threatening letter, Your Immediate Payment Required, about 4 times now. This is for $11.19, which is not going to break the bank. I took the time to send them a response along with a copy the cancelled check I sent for $11.19 to LabCorp. They persist and I cannot get them off my back.

I called the toll free number for 3 days several times per day. It is always busy. You cannot speak to anyone. This is harrassment in it's highest form with no way out of the cycle.

How can a company operate this way?
