BUYER BEWARE: LCDPayless, doing business online as LCDPayless.com, is an unprofessional (at best) and unethical electronics wholesaler business with deceptive practices (at worst). I was looking to purchase a discontinued battery pack for my LCD TV. Despite a website that dubiously boasts "customer sevice satisfaction," the phone number provided is never answered and calls/emails go unreturned; a rudimentary "chat" service line is set up online with a person who types in broken English and gave me the runaround regarding an order that I placed when I questioned why:

1) My credit card payment went through immediately, but I had not received an email receipt of the transaction promised until I aggressively pressured the online "service" chat person [always named Lynn]; 2) After excuses about "computer batches not run", and multiple questions about my order number, address, name, date of order placed (all of which was provided to the business and was on record), I then received a vague receipt through pressuring, with the incorrect order number, no tracking number or mailing service name indicated and no concrete ship dates dates.

During questioning about my order status and the website "service promise," the Chat contact became belligerent and aggravated. Once all of this occurred, I recognized that the business was essentially bogus and attempted to verify that I would receive the product per the timeframe advertised on the website (2 -3 days via FedEx). At that point, after they have your money, the delivery timeline is extended with little specificity ("7-10 days" was then quoted) because the product had not shipped accordingly. Following my aggressive questioning, I received a refund on my credit card, however the business did not notify me of that refund until my followup "chat" (which is the only way one can actually establish contact about an order, despite a listed phone number and  promises to return questions via email).
