A guest had a swastika tattooed on his chest. Management was informed, and then I was told he has his rights. Fine. A cover-up perhaps? No. It took two hours to get security and management to talk to this oaf.  It's a rip-off because it's a sham. This is America, yes, First Ammendmet rights.  But by taking NO stance Starwood Hotels is condoning this type of behavior an clearly had no problem if it offends guests. They offered only excuses, not one apology. And then the GM said the room would not be billed, but now reversed his word and is trying to charge my card. He's sore that I checkednout an went to a competitor. Starwood Hotels? They don't care. I complained. They made excuses.  So the KKK and American n**i Party have a new destination in the sun!! Nobody seemed to be offended and the staff and management made me out to be the bad guy for complaining.  I'd love to see the formal excuse they will provide I response to this! I probably have an email with the same nonsensical excuses.  A classy place would have tossed this moron out. The only laughable part is that he was sharing a room with his Mom at 35 years old. Oops! Life must be hard for him.  Starwood thinks this behavior is fine. Wait until they get a letter to their Board of Directors. I blame the incompetent manager who actually called my room at another hotel to ask me to come back! Hah right!
