     This company RIPPED ME OFF. They charged me for "high quality, pre-qualified to my specs leads", then did NOT deliver anything but a few BOGUS live transferred leads that were worthless and NOT qualified at all. The so called "qualified leads" they transferred did NOT match the requested criteria and nearly every single lead we spoke to had NO IDEA why they were transferred to us! Yet their website states:

"We verify the pertinent and vital components of the consumer's debt situation and confirm that they are actively interested in speaking with a debt counselor."

    
That's simply NOT true.

     The LeadAnswer rep sent over a data file on the transferred lead with debt numbers that must have been totally made up by the rep because the lead (prospect) told us those numbers were not accurate and that the rep did not ask them for any numbers! How's that for "pre-qualifying" a lead!

     LeadAnswer states on their website...   "Our Live-Transfer customers benefit from 100% debt holder contact ratios with no cold-calling ever involved.  Through this tightly controlled process they are experiencing 22-30%+ closing rates with our service. These debts settlement leads are available to you only as  exclusive leads. With no competition and potential clients eagerly waiting for your help, these exclusive debt consolidation leads will yield a minimum debt amount of $10,000 or $15,000, the choice is yours!

Our Live-call transfers utilize a Double-Opt procedure to connect potentially interested borrowers with our customers. The Double-Opt process begins when a potential borrower takes the time to search the internet for information on a loan. After landing on a mortgage website, the borrower completes a basic application that is transferred electronically, real-time, to our call center.

    The closing rates we got from the lead they sent over.... 0%! Zero!

     BEWARE of LeadAnswer, and or Tony Gates, the guy will tell you whatever is necessary to extract a large payment from you to "TRY the Service" and then leave you blowing in the wind.

     Trying to reach Tony Gates AFTER we paid to find out why the leads were not coming in, and then after a few come through that did NOT match the criteria, and why the leads had no idea why they were talking to us...only got us one thing... completely ignored. And no more leads at all! Calls went answered. No call backs. No replies to our many emails and faxes... Tony Gates completely disappeared and ignored us.

     LeadAnswer claims you will not be charged for bad or unqualified leads, but they WILL charge you for every bogus lead they send. Even when they do NOT even transfer the lead. Yep they even went so far as to claim the transferred leads to names of people that don't even exist in our company! They just made up names.

     As of today, months have passed without a word from them, even after dozens of phone calls, emails and a letters. I have come to understand why they run the business out of PO BOX.

     This company's website ( LeadAnswer.com ) says they are... "One of the premier and nationally recognized leaders in marketing and lead aggregation..." they have a nice looking website but don't let that fool you... they are a SCAM!

Is "USDMG" a Legitimate Company?

I am responding to this posting because I was one of the people mentioned as a point of contact with this person simply known as USDMG.

TOPIC 1: Legitimacy of USDMG
After a thorough review of this allegation, we tried to locate this USDMG in our network and found no records of any such company known as "USDMG" ever conducting business with our marketing company. Additionally we tried to research this company and found a generic website with no phone number, no address or contact details listed. Due to the ambiguity of this persons identity and numerous discrepancies with their allegations, we believe this post was prepared as an ill-fated attempt of unlawful business defamation to try and hurt our image and reputation.

Despite the fact that we have no prior business activities with a company called USDMG, I would like to respond to every allegation aforementioned:

TOPIC 2: Monitoring Campaign Performance
Through my past several years of employment with this company, I can attest that we take every assertive approach to aid and assist all of our customers and are committed to the goals put forth by the marketing campaign we are servicing.

We engage in a direct working relationship with our clients to ensure that their campaign is meeting all of the conditions as set forth by their order specifications and requirements.

Through our committed efforts, if performance levels were ever deemed unsatisfactory by any client then we would be happy to work with them to come to an amicable and successful solution.

To give just a small example of initiatives we have implemented before. On certain requests we underwent advertising and script customizations and changes that worked best when information is aggregated during the pre-qualifying stages with a referral to ensure greater adherence and cohesiveness to our clients current internal sales process.

TOPIC 3: Return Policy
Our return policy is outlined in the terms of every order we engage in and is defined as such for Live-Transfer calls:

a) Call not successfully connected to agent due to error or dropped attempt.

b) Invalid criteria as per indicated order requirements.

c) Customer was not interested at time of established call connection.

Furthermore, every call is monitored and recorded for quality assurance. With any given return we can divert to the audio file for proof of the validity and outcome to each call.

Replacements and credits are made for any leads within the aforementioned guidelines above.

TOPIC 4: Customer Service and Hours of Operation
We follow-up to every inquiry whether it be via phone, fax, email and/or mail. As such, USDMG fallaciously claims their communication attempts were left unanswered. Yet all of our records show this company never inquired about our services, ever enlisted with our company, or sent any communications via our website.

Every marketing representative within our company is here to help. Staff members are here to assist clients from 10am 7pm CST, Mon - Fri. All of our marketing representatives service existing and new accounts and offer assistance to other representatives orders whenever required.

Lastly to USDMG, please do not hide behind a fictitious name or falsified claim. Come forward and present your true identity for the rest of us to see.
