I signed up for their services in July 2015 and I DID look at RipOffReport before I paid them but the report that Alex from Missouri made on August 20^th 2015 was not up yet unfortunately to warn me.  Well you have two reports now to warn YOU!  Do not give these a-holes any money… do NOT!!! You will receive no services, only run around and have to make multiple calls to your credit card company to get the charges reversed (got one reversed for sure and second one is pending) but I promised Austen that I will fly to Kansas City to get my money back from him personally if all money I paid is not returned back to me.

Sounds great haw?  Well it is ALL a lie…

I was also in touch with Austen Cole which is not his real name and he even has a fake LinkedIn page set up to fool you.  I even asked for references that he sort of provided and drug it out so long I finally asked to speak with the person that would be making the ‘expireds’ and ‘fsbo’ calls to set appointments. I spoke with that person named Jim James that I ‘roll played’ with and he sounded good enough to be able to set appointments so I paid Lead Origen to start in July and weeks went by with no appointments even though Jim said he was making over 100 contacts a day.  Jim became very scarce, would not provide me a phone number for him and Austen stopped returing phone calls and emails until a couple weeks ago when I told them not to charge my card any more and cancel my service.  

He then went into how the contract said they would continue calling until the agreed to ’20 appointments per month’ were set but gave no timeline about how long that would last…  So basically he said they would take the $ 2,250 (3 months at $ 750 per month) and even if no appointments were being set they would ‘keep calling’ until they set 60 appointments. 

It was a Tuesday and I asked to speak with Austen’s supervisor or the owner Nick Saylor and Austen said no supervisor or the owner would not be available to speak until the middle of the next week.  And the BS really started from there…  Our company is three years old, we have 300 people working for us, why do we not have more ‘rip off reports’, etc.

The fact is they are ‘located’ at a UPS store, they charged my credit card under the name “SHAWNCAPITA” or Shawn Capital (not lead Origen), no DBA is filed with the city or state and they are not registered with the state real estate or corporation licensing board. 

So buyer beware…  I only wish I had seen a Rip Off Report on these a-holes before I spent two months of my life dealing with their lies and trying to get my $ back.
