This company is the biggest fraud I've ever encountered. Every time I would call my sales rep I would hear screaming of some kind in the background. I was wrongfully cussed out by the owner, Ryan Rasmussen (I've spoken to more adult like 3 year olds), for making a reasonable request for my unused dialer money to be returned. He even threatened to destroy my company online?

They used an excuse it said that the minutes had to be used within 30 days per the invoice - completely false as I saved the one I faxed back and it made no mention of the sorts.

I spoke to owner Matt Marsh - more polite than Ryan but much more sneaky and manipulative. Just another used car salesman.

Lead Research Group is a circus. The only research they do is how to scam you and give you a more horrible product.

I even went by their office recently to ask for my money back personally - they appeared to have closed up shop.

No reputable company has this many complaints. Plus its pretty amusing such a supposedly large and experienced firm can only offer loan mod and debt leads.
