Lead Web Designs Rick Ridamae WARNING, WARNING, WARNING If you’re thinking of hiring Lead web design you will regret it. He has no respect of his own contract. He told me it would take only 30 days to get my web site up and online, still not done after 5 months. he also said under contract I would get SEO and face book placement for my business all I got is an unfinished web site with no SEO. no answer when I call, I went looking for his office. No such a business at that location. So all of you that are thinking about doing any business with Lead Web Design you will be disappointed. Rick lied, deceived, and scammed me to get my money for a service that is very poor at best. And you will only know after it’s too late. West Palm Beach, Floida

I hired Rick Ridamae the owner of Lead Web Designs back on 12/29/15 to build a web site for my business. for the sum of $5300.00 for the following 5-10 pages, video galleries, Virtual Tours via video, Project calculator with Search Engine Optimization, custom graphics, placement of all content on web site with all social media and I signed his contract that stated all.
Time line stated under contract was 40 days from start to finish.
All I recived is a web site that was poor at best, Not finished as of 5/11/16 Ricks contract not held to time or products.
All Rick did is take my money tell me storys, Lied, decieved and scammed me. If any of you are thinking about hiring Rick Ridamae you will be making a big mastake. He has no respect for you or what is in his contract. He did not proform under contract. You will not find out until its too late....

I really do not understand the reasoning behind this report. Everything we promised to complete, was completed. Yes, the project took longer than expected due to unforseen circumstances, however the client did not ask for a refund at 40 days and we completed everything in the contract by the end of the project, soon after.
The client, Eddie Viel, told me directly that he is VERY happy with the website he recieved. He approved the design before it was developed, and approved the final website after it was developed and we had entered all the content. I always ask all clients if there are any changes they would like to see and the same was the case here. We worked through all website modification requests together, and after 5 meetings, we eventually finalized the website completely. The client told me at several meetings how he really liked the website, videos, and custom calculator we had created.
I repeat I do not understand why this review has been left. We did not rip anyone off. If Eddie wanted a refund after 40 days he knows very well he could have received it. He himself decided to give us a bit more time to complete the project and approved the final version of the site after that. He repeatedly praised me on the job we had done so it really surprises me to see him calling the work "poor" here. Never have I heard that from him directly and he knows he could have reached out to me if he wanted to see any further changes done. Never did I lie or "tell stories" to him. Really not sure what this review is about.
