Leader one financial Kim Burke, Dana, Peter, Kevin Opdahl, Brian Bedway, Trina and Justin Cost me $18,000 Minneapolis Minnesota

Leaderone financial allows its loan officers to lie, con and falsify information to its customers. Leaderone is a ripoff, because they claim to work with investors and say they have the rescources to get your loan done quick, fast and easy. This just not the case. I was working with a leaderone loan officer Kevin Opdahl and Brian Bedway in PA. During my second closing with them I had Brian lie to me about what the appraisor had requested on his appraisal. The appraisor put down that there was a broken railing and the its was considered deferred maintenance and its "as-is". Brian with leaserone came back and said that the appraisor changed his info on the appraisal and that it was now "subject to". I have email proof of this lie. We tried to contact the appraiser but with no response. So weeks went by without a clear explaination of what need to be done. By the way we were putting 42% down and had a $7,000 repair credit from the seller. Brian at leaderone was worried about a $500 railing. Come to find out after I canceled the loan due to not being able to get a clear answer on what needs to be done, that it was actually the under writer that had made multiple request, but refused to talk to the appraisor. Why? Why would Brian lie for 2 weeks and not just have the under writer just all the appraisor and get this cleared up. This ended up costing me a 1031 exchange which was the difference of Talked to Branch manager Kevin Opdahl and he was anything, but helpful. He basically passed me right back to Brian twice. This one the first working with Leaderone.

Then that same month I was trying to do a refinance with leaderone's Kim Burke in MN. she goes to investor meetings claiming she works with investors. This is a complete lie. She does not even process the loans she recieves. Peter and Dana are her employee that process the loans and when they make mistakes Kim does not take responsibility for them. Really bad business. After a difficult closing to say the least, I find out they closed all my lines of credit as well. No one ever asked me or talked about closing the lines of credit. They closed my lines of credit to increase my refinance amount with out even talking to me. This just shows how this company literally does what its wants and does not care about its customers. When I tried to resolve the issue with Kim Burke through email she cut me off in the middle the convesation with an out of the office email response. Once again terrible leaderone performance.

This company is a con. They recruit your business and then pass it off to employees that clearly done know what they are doing. They take no responsibility for mistakes. I called the corporate office 3 different times Trina, Justin, but no one returned my calls. Terrible company.
