Leaders is a complete scam. When I signed up they told me I would be charged only 49.99 a month for my lease payment on the machine. Well when I got my bank statement it was full of crazy a*s charges of all sorts of amounts. When I called leaders they told me they didnt know what half of them were. They werent helpful at all and from what I assume is when I signed up they went ahead and signed me up for services through all these other companies without my permission. I had to call all these companies individually and cancel and attempt to get my money back. I had talked to leaders about all the charges they had been chargiing me and they said that they would stop charging me and get me a refund. Come the next month heres all these charges again and no refund. It is a complete scam dont get yourself screed. I am still dealing with them trying to get my money back.

Leaders Merchant Services, LLC, is very sorry that this merchant had a poor experience with us at the beginning. It seems like the merchant did not read the contracts that he signed. The merchant signed three contracts in April, which LEADERS can provide proof of at any time:
1. A contract for merchant services with a $25.00 Monthly Minimum, a $10.00 Customer Service Fee, a $3.00 Security Fee, a $10.95 Premium Customer Care Fee, and a $7.30 Dormancy Fee.
2. A lease for a credit card terminal at $39.99 per month.
3. A contract for check processing services with a $25.00 Monthly Minimum and a $10.00 Monthly Service Fee.

The merchant contacted LEADERS in July to ask about the fees charged to his bank account. LEADERS promised to refund 3 months of the PCC and Dormancy Fees, for a total of $54.75. LEADERS also promised to lower the Monthly Minimum to $10.00 and eliminate the Security Fee. We let the merchant know that he would have to contact the check services company in order to cancel those services, and gave him the number.

The merchant claims that the Customer Service Rep he was communicating with did not know what half of [the charges] were. This is not true, as refunds were made and fees were lowered. But the CSR did ask for a copy of the merchant's bank statement to verify that we handled all the fees that LEADERS was responsible for.

LEADERS did make a mistake on the July statement by accidentally charging the merchant the full $25.00 Monthly Minimum and $3.00 Security Fee. The merchant called to complain in August and we offered to also eliminate the $10.00 Customer Service fee from that point on, leaving the merchant with only a $10.00 Monthly Minimum as his total monthly fees on his merchant account.

LEADERS accepts the fact that we made a mistake in charging the merchant his full fees in the month of July after promising to lower the fees. We have made this up to the merchant and have re-trained all of our Account Changes personnel to make sure they input all changes immediately. No other merchant should be affected by ineffective account changes.

Once again, LEADERS is sorry that the merchant did not read and understand the three contracts that he signed. But we have done what we can to help the merchant out, including issuing refunds and lowering fees for the merchant. LEADERS also apologizes for the mistake made in Account Changes, and have made the necessary adjustments to avoid any mistakes such as this for the benefit of all of our merchants.
