Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They have a direct link to my bank account. They keep charging me an annual fee and then I have to call to tell them that is no authorized. They tak it off, then it happens again. They charge me for so many different things not in my contract and say they'll refund it, but never do.

Hi! I understand how you feel because I was one of the Leaders' victims couple weeks ago. I filed a ripoff report (# 435330) on March 18 and less then 10 days, I got a complete refund back to my account. You need to contact Cindy Schwerdtfeger at 877-538-3377, she is the only one can help you in the company! She handles complaints and refunds (Tell her you already filed a ripoff report). She is a very understanding and pleasant lady...if you want to solve your situation, you need to call her. Hope it helps... E.L.
