I started out buying 2nd hand leads. It was stated to me that I would be me and up to 4 insurance agents that the leads would be given to. The leads were nothing but bogus leads. No one I called, wanted or requested Life insurance, or the no. was disconnected. 

After 2 weeks, I chose to go to "real time" leads. I was told as the people requested the leads they would come to me. I have received over 30 leads. 

 None of the leads panned out. I was able to speak to 8 people, who all stated they did not request information regarding Life Insurance. The rest disconnected or wrong nos. I spoke with my contact about this at which time, he stated be sure and request your refund.  

I did request refunds, at which time, I received credit, not refunds, receiving more horrible, false leads. 

I again, spoke with my contact again, after I was charged $350, after only putting in $225, and requested a refund of the difference, which by their contract, I would only be charged for the amount I first put in. My contact, actually hum-hawed around, stating well, it might cause some problems, and it would take some time, but he would check on it. He made me feel very small and like a weakling, at which time I said nevermind, I will give it one more week.

When I called the next week, he told me there would be no refund, that I should have read the contract, stating I would automatically be charged, once my account gotten down to a certain low amount. 

I reminded him about the clause of the amount of money. He explained I should have taken it off of automatic renewal and would not discuss the possibility of refunding me the difference between the 225.00 I put in and the 350. 

I was supposed to be getting real-time leads. All I've gotten is bogus, false leads. 

They should not be allowed to be in business. There are many more reports out there against this company.
