We leased two photocopiers through LEAF.  When we wanted to end the lease, we were not given the information on how to do it, despite repeated attempts on our part to get the instructions.  The bills just kept coming. We finally made a negotiated "final" payment because we thought that would put an end to the matter.  The bills still kept coming.

We absolutely fulfilled the terms of our lease, but the account was turned over to a collections agency (Advanced Recovery Systems).  We were told that we had not "properly terminated" the lease, which was an absurd statement.  We have leased many photocopiers over decades and have never run into anything like this.

We cannot get a Return Authorization for their photocopiers.  It seems clear to me that they do not want the equipment back, but instead their business model is to intimidate people and businesses into making payments that are not owed.
