LeafGuard Northwest Blatant Bold-Faced Lies, Misrepresentations Kent Washington

You may have seen the ads on television about the so-called life-time warranty, never-clog, LeafGuard Gutters, let me tell you the truth...Do Not Believe It! I had a LeafGuard Gutter installed a few years ago and have had nothing but problems. The gutter fills up with evergreen needles and run-off from the roof. When LeafGuard was contacted they send out a "Technician" who didn't even have a ladder and all he complained about was how far it was out to the house. He never went up to look at the obvious problem and said he would get back to me...he never did, A few days later I receive a registered letter from LeafGuard offering to remove their gutter and calk the holes they made and refund the money I paid for the gutter. I told them I wanted them to honor their warranty and clean out the gutter....that was months ago and have never heard from them again. I am sure glad I did only a small section of the roof as a trial basis. And I certainly would NOT RECOMMEND their product. The gutter is completely clogged and water runs over the edge and flows down the side of the house. Mold and moss has grown on the outside of the gutter and it looks like s**t. I plan on paying a handyman to clean out the gutter and then take them to court, and if it plugs up again I will continue to do this until they honor their warranty.
