Leah Smallwood is a total fraud and liar! She has lived in my home and has never paid rent on time, always late and she always has a story of "Why". I have been more than generous and understanding, she slowly moved her entire family into my home, never pays her utility bills, every month we receive disconnect letters since all utilities are in "care of" this reflects on our credit!!!! I have divided rent into 3 ways so Leah and two daughters can pay rent "around thier schedules." I even paid her to do the updates in my home, she needed a place to stay and my home was not ready, I had to paint so I offered to lower her security deposit and pay her $200, she moved in last year and as of June 2014 painting is still NOT done. Leah ALWAYS pays when it is convenient for her but she sure does travel and always seems to buy cars etc... Leah is a total FRAUD and a SUPERIOR LIAR !!!! I could go on and on but the one and only thing I have to say is; DO NOT RENT TO THIS LADIE, She will leave you bankrupt because you cant pay your own bills, I have cancer and my treatments are not cheap, does she care? H*** NO!!!!

I was advised by my current tenant, Leah Smallwood that someone made a report on her in for the person that did this and u kno who ur I plan on filing suit because you impersonated me, we have small wood landlord. To get the record straight the awful words that word said about we are fall in inaccurate and no individual business should pay mind to this site because someone impersonating me and I plan on getting to the bottom of this. I want this report in its entirety removed from this site, I would appreciate a phone call from the rip of people or I plan on filing they suit against this website this is very shameful for my tenant who has always been straightforward with me and yes we have private matters and it is to remain within us. If someone from this site can give me a call and I did put money contact information when I find up to send this letter to you I will expect a call by Monday, July 21st 2014.
Anne Marie Anderson, landlord to a wonderful tennis, Leah Smallwood and who is an extremely extremely hard working woman!
