I ordered the free trial on 3/7/11 and paid 5.95 for shipping.  On 3/15/11 I call and cancelled my orders and excepted to receive info on how to return the unused portion.  Instead I see my credit card was charged 79.99 on the same day as I cancelled.  How is this a free trial?  I was within my 14 days to cancel.  I tried calling today to talk to a representive and they said their offices were closed although it was within the time frame they said they were open.  I may just have my credit card investigate.
