I oreder supplements on April 14, it took one week to get them and they came in seperate shipments. I took them one day and got very sick. I sent an email the next day stating do not send anymore shipments,cancel my account, I want to return the items. I got a response stating they got the email and would get back to me. I got another email a few days later saying they had an overwhelming response and if I needed immediate assisantance to call. I called and got no answer. I tried today and they finally answered. A girl named Anna got on the phone. I told her it was going to cost me just as much to return the items so I was going to keep the items and pay the shipping I was told it would cost and no other charges would occur if cancelled . Plus no other shipments would occur. She said I was past my 14 days and I now had to return the items. I told her it took one week to get them, it took almost one week to get ahold of them and it wasnt fair. I asked for the supervisor, I had to argue with her for atleast 3 minutes just to get that far. Then a Laruen Walker came on the line and said it was all in the terms that I had 14 days to cancel and I was not to get ahold of them through email. I told her it says on the enclosed papers if I needed help to email,she said I had to call them direct and if I dispute the charges my credit card co would not refund me and I had to return this to get to 160.00 back from my credit card. So I feel like they are dishonest. It took me the 14 days to get the product and get ahold of them, I am being punished for this. I am very unhappy and I really wish I had of looked them up before spending anything with them. Now I have to wait two weeks to get my money back once they get the items back. I am definately getting a signed reciept on this! Their product made me really sick. I took one days worth of product. It took me three days to feel better from it.
