In March 2006, I got a free trial of LeanlifePM or Burnfat2. I canceled. Got my cancel No. On April 4th They charged my Account 97.41. I've Emailed and called them.They said they would red flag my request.
It would be sent to the bosses right away, because they were the only ones who could make decisions about refunds.I emailed them my tracking No.I've called them 4-19,5-7,5-22,7-10,7-11,8-4,8-16,8-20 and 8-21-06 on a regular basis.
They all say the exact same thing. Red Flag it, Computers been down for six months . Some days the phone is busy all day long. They ask for the same Info every day! Act like their putting it into the comp.Then ask again next time! I'm not giving up ! What can I do?
