I was first aware of the fraudulent sales games when they offered a free sample of their product for only a 3.95 shipping fee. Before i could even use the free sample the first of 2 30 day supply came and i was charged $106.00 on my charge card. I was able to contact and was told if i sent back the 2 orders, the 106.00 would be credited back to my charge card for both orders.

I did that and when i called back, they confermed that they had recieved my order back and told me i would get the refund. I asked when and was told that upper management had to approve all refunds and it should take a couple of weeks. I even got a direct number and a name of the customer service rep who helped me.
Well no numbers work and several emails have ignored. Thier web site is still up but one answers anything there.
