This company steal money from owner and tenants. They call themselves property management but they never take any approval from owner for any repairs, utilities connections etc. They keep rental deposits, pet deposit, pet rent, late rent fees and owner suffer for basic payment until 10Th of month.

They charge owner reserve funds and automatically deducts any money from rental without any information or approval from owner.They charge excessive markups on mowing. If owner property have utilities already connected they will connect their own (as well) without any owner consent and just automatically deduct money from rent. I lost $4600 in 1 year time due to this company.

They try their best to make owner lose as much money as possible by paying double bills, repairs etc. This company create unnecessary hassle for owner because they will just pay without even looking at bill. My one bill had multiple same charges. It took me 3 months to fix while this company just paid it and deucted money from rent.  

The never reply to owner emails and even forced owner to pay for hotel accomodation for tenant (tenant never received that money).

Greetings – I'm sorry you had a bad experience and I've responded to your concerns. If you're a client of ours, you haven't reached out to us with any problems until now but if you let us know who you are, we're happy to give you a refund. We want to make sure all our clients are 100% satisfied with our service. 

 

Per our management agreement we receive owner approval for any and every repair, no charges are deducted without owner's approval. If a mistake was made (we are human) we not only apologize, but we reimburse the owner for that cost. 

 

You also mentioned: “They keep rental deposits, pet deposit, pet rent, late rent fees and owner suffer for basic payment until 10Th of month.” We’ve never charged “pet rent” on any of our properties, so I’m not sure what you’re referring to.

 

Per the management agreement, the management company holds the rental deposit and pet deposit and keeps late fees. All of these things are discussed and very clear before signing.

 

Regarding receiving your “basic payment” by the 10th of the month. This is something we strictly uphold and are proud of. We’re able to disburse our clients funds to them by the 10th of every month. The rent payment isn’t considered late until the 4th of the month, which means we send funds out within 6 days of receiving them.
