LeapFrog My First Computer is defective on phonic sounds Madeza California

I email them around 25 times with the same error or problem and they continue to kick me to the curb. I did everything they asked me to do, which included taking the My First Computer back to the store I purchased it for a new one. With that not resolving the problem. The "f" key makes the phonics sound of the "s". It is very confusing to my grand daughter. I even sent it to their main office in California and they sent me one with the same problem.
