LearnSmart Systems What a fricking waste of time! Attitude, crappy courses - COMPLETE RipOff! Tampa Florida

I want to say I signed an online computer learning contract with these folks, and their computer offerings are REALLY substandard.  There are all kinds of screwy problems with the web page interface, and their "Support" staff are a complete joke. If you share any negative comments on your learning page, or with other learners, they will censor/delete them.   They get irritated hearing about ANY issues you have with their interface if you call them and they'll create tickets all day long for problems but never really solve them.  They will close those tickets without troubleshooting or notifying you! There are also screwy inconsistencies in the Apple Iphone and Ipad interfaces.  They are ALSO overpriced compared to Trainsignal, and their online instructors tell corny jokes that distract from the course content.  The A+ Course instructor plays kindergarten level games with muppets instead of focusing on the A+ content!  In addition, if you need to call them with issues, good luck if you live on the West Coast or in Mountain time zone, because they close at 5pm Eastern!  Oh and also when you complete a course, the certificate won't have the right date.  These people are stupid, clueless and rude. I escalated my complaints to the top management and their only answer was..."We've never had ANY complaints before - YOU must be the problem, find another vendor." The ONLY thing I can say is they DID credit my money back that I paid in but what a waste of time!   Do Trainsignal!
