Lease Corporation of America thrives on scamming people. Do NOT use them under any circumstances. I am not even going to elaborate on how bad of a company they are because it will take more time than I am already caring to spending on them. I am just wanting to post this to let everyone know to Not use them, and that they ended up costing me thousands of dollars more that what they deserved. You can even Google the company name and see for yourself how many other people have complained about them being scam artists.
If you are going to cosider using them, do yourself a favor and search Oakland, Michigans official public records. You will see one after another lawsuit. This company is awful! Plain and simple.
If I have learned one thing from dealing with this nighmare of a company, do not ever deal with a large company that has it's venue not in your state. It is too hard to fight. They placed a judgement (which I had been fighting for 6 years) on 2 of my bank accounts and locked them leaving me with nothing until I paid them $3,200. They hired an attorney in my state knowing it would cost me more to fight them, than it would be to just pay them off.

The general public understands what I mean. Atleast I am able to let the public know about your company always being in the court sytem trying to rip people off. If Lease Corp was a great company, they would not have so many lawsuits going on at any given time. Lease Corp is the common denominator in this case. So many people cannot be wrong. Face it, Lease Corp sucks. Plain and simple.

A company cannot issue a judgment. A judgment can only be the result of a court order. Apparently a judge didn’t agree with you.
