From the get go they debited amounts from my account and made it imposable to figure out where they came from. I don't know where the savings Ron told me about were, as I was being charged more than I had been with payment tech.
Within a few months I disconnected the terminal and tried to get a hold of Mr. Ron Pumphrey to no avail, no returned call, no one gave a crap.
Tried to get out of the lease and could not. 3 years later still having problems getting out of the lease. 4 months ago was told to send the terminal (still brand new) back to the Burlington address. 2 months after that still getting debits from my account I put a stop payment and now I'm getting threating calls from an American company and no one seems to know where the machine went.
Looks like I'm going to have to pay up and mark this up to just getting ripped off. One of the worst experiences I have had operating my business (12 years). This company is a scam and should be avoided at any cost.
I am a pissed off customer of Canada Bankcard not a competitor like they claim every unhappy complaint on the internet is.
