To:All of the sales people,rude bill collectors,corporate companies and certain individuals, My name is Brad. In this letter I will not say any names.But those of you out there will know who you are and what this letter is pertaining to.Those of you who understand what part is theirs, good for you.You can make amends of what you've done.Those who don't understand;well you got it worse than I thought.I'm sorry that I don't have the time to write ya'll individually you've taken up enough of my time this past year.Wow I have learned alot this past year.It was my first year of trying to run my own business.The first thing Iv'e learned is don't trust anybody!Well there was a couple but not enough to overcome the dishonest.Read everything on your contract or just get a lawyer to do it for you it may take awile and a degree to figure out some of the stuff.And don't sign anything until you do so.That was my biggest mistake.I listened you people and went by what you've said to me and I trusted you.Like yes Mr. If you can try out our service or our equiptment and if you don't like it you can cancell within 14 days or 30 days.Just call me and I'll cancell it for you.Yeah sure you did.You just didn't send me a bill until 5 months later and say oh Mr. it's to late to cancel.What do you mean I called you 14 days before and cancelled like I was supposed to.Oh well we don't have any proof of that,you were supposed to write a letter.I say you didn't tell me that you told me you would cancel me,no you didn't.Does this sound like YOU!!!Or how about a non-cancellabel lease?The price of this is only $79.00 a month that's all plus 25 cents and 1.79 percent of each transaction.I say ok that"s fine, then you get a bill for $99.00,$86.00 and $69.00 a month instead of the original $79.00.That is over 3 times as much as it was supposed to be.Then I hire a guy to do some work for me.A really good guy (supposably) we work side by side on a few jobs I give him a few jobs cause his business is going slow.And what does he do he steals a $2,500.00 tv.So I got an ad for my business that costs around $3,000; that is no good, wouldn't have that bill if the salesman would had been honest an canceled me.I,ve got a $5,000 credit card machine that I only used once(doesn't that seem a little steep for a credit card machine?)Well that's what it is and an extra $89.00 and $69.00 a month for 6 months that came out of owhere.Let's ad this all up and see why my dreams of having my own business failed and a better life for family have been destroyed.Counting the tv and minus the original $79.00 a month for the credit card machine comes to roughly $8,000.Wow no wonder my business didn't make it.The sad thing about
it is that we were living in a townhome now were living in a one bedroom apt.We were better off then instead of now.and because of what?That's right dishonest people who want to make a sale or steal a tv.So that they can better their lives and crush others.Well It's come down to this.The guy who stole the tv is in prison.Do you others think that they should not have to
go to prison or that the things they have said to have me sign a contract to make a sale are less of a theif?I say if you think not,then you are sadly mistaken and need some help.As far as the rude bill collectors are concerned.I have tried to explain my situation since day 1.Which means if they would have let me talk to a manager the first day this had happened or tried to help me in any way possible instead of thinking about their commision and how much money they could make,the problem wouldn't have gone this far and in some cases there wouldn't be a problem totally.I bet you wonder well how could I have stopped the problem.Huh let's see.The first thing would be listen,get me to a manager so he or she can investigate the person who had wrongfully made the sale or did not cancel or done what they were supposed to do.Try to help not hurt.I have talked to lawyers about what has happened and they are very familiar with this type of situation.And that will be another $5,000.00.Well the guy who stole the tv has been taken care of.Now all I have is the ad and the credit card machine to be taken care of.So that the bill collectors will stop calling and I can sleep at night.And me and my family can go on about our lives and leave this nightmarebehind.Since I'm out of business and have no money how can we resolve this matter.I definately don't need the credit card machine anymore could you sell it to someone else it's been partailly paid for or can you get the lady for false information?How about the people with the ad do you like having dishonest people working for you?I know that they are supposed to be honest and cancel and not put anybody into to a sale.The reason why I know is because.I had another ad with another company which I payed them around $4,000 this past year and their ad worked great and they were honest.If everybody were as honest they are I would still have a company.Well see what ya'll can do.And get back to me.It all depends on you if I have to file
bankruptcy if this goes to collections.I hope that you pray about this before you make a decision.I will make sure that everyone I know thru out my life good or bad the decision you have made. TO LEASE FINANCE GROUP AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP AT ALL EVEN THOUGH BANK CARD U.S.A. IS ONE OF THEIR PROVIDERS.
Hi, my name is Brad I was just starting a business last year and I got a credit card machine from Bank Card U.S.A a lady named Shelly Skelton.She told me that is was going to be $99.00 dollars total plus tax and .25 cents and 2.45 percent per transaction.Then I started getting bills from you for $99.00 for the machine.Then she started sending me bills for $86.00 and $69.00 not counting when I had to use the machine.If I would have known it was going to be $254.00 a month plus the transaction fees I would have never been in this position,because I knew what My budget was.I trusted what she said instead of reading the contract and fell in to her (okie doke).I talked to her and she said,I explained everything to you and hung up on
me.I should have written you this letter when it first happened,but I thought maybe business would be good enough so I could keep up with the$245.00.Itdidn't happen.It is very hard your first year trying to get your name recognized without having to deal with salesmen that need to buy a hot tub for Christmas so they tell people what they want to hear,and cut out all the rest.Anyways I'm sorry that I've been late with the payments.I'm trying to figure out what I can do.I don't need the credit card machine anymore,as a matter of fact I only used it twice.I could of used it more but I didn't want Bank Card U.S.A to get anymore of my money.I was just wondering if there anyway that you can help me.Maybe Murray or Murphy could sell it or somebody you know can.I just need to get this resolved.Please forgive me for taking up so much of your time and I am so
sorry it had to come to this.If you can come up with a resolution to this I would be very gratefull.I really don't need anymore problems, this is just a small portion, believe me.Well no matter good or bad I hope to hear from you soon.
