I ordered a tan/carmel leather set from this company. When the furniture arrived it was a brown leather set. I called the sales representative and he told me that was the set I ordered. On the website it is tan, but that's not the set I ordered. He would not give me my money back and if I wanted to return the furniture I had to pay for shipping and handling and a restocking fee. He insisted that it was the correct color because the delivery man has the same set. I told him that I understand that the delivery man has the set but it is not the set that is on the website. Also, I did not receive all of furniture at one time. I just received the chair which was a month late. The sales rep did not tell me that I would not receive all the furniture at one time. When I would call, he would not return phone calls as promised or emails when promised.

Far from a ripoff. We've shipped hundreds of this same set and she did receive the correct product. We were able to verify this with our delivery provider who DOES own the same style. Leather is a natural product and there will be variations in coloring. This customer acknowledged and agreed to our terms and conditions that indicate there can be variations in color and that photography of the products can vary in presentation due to variations in computer monitors and settings. We have hundreds of customers that have been very pleased with this particular set and it has been one of our best performers. Any refusal or cancellation of a product because of color variance does require the customer to pay return shipping costs and a re-stock fee.
Her items were shipped separately because of a stock issue which could not be avoided. ALL of her items were delivered to her by an in-home delivery provider and the product was verified as the correct product.
